By downloading, installing, or using CutBench ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
CutBench grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on computers you own or control, for personal or commercial creator use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
Publishing to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or any other platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with those terms, applicable copyright law, and any game publisher's streaming/content guidelines.
You retain full ownership of all gameplay recordings, edited clips, and metadata you create with CutBench. CutBench claims no ownership, license, or usage rights over any content you produce.
CutBench uses locally-run AI models to suggest hooks, captions, hashtags, and clip copy. These suggestions are advisory only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated text before publishing.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors make no guarantee regarding fitness for purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, and others) may change, limit, or discontinue their APIs at any time; CutBench does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of CutBench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Software.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the authors of CutBench from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you publish through the Software, your violation of any third-party terms, or your breach of these Terms.
We may revoke your license to use the Software if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall all copies of the Software. Sections 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you additional rights. For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer-protection rights in your country remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
